Cut to Size
Our state of the art machinery ensures that precise cutting to size or shape is achieved each and every time. Computerised beam and panel saws and computer numeric control routers can produce any size or shape. From quantities of one to thousands, our computerized machinery guarantees consistent quality.

Laser Cutting and Etching (engraving)
Our laser service enables the cutting of your acrylic material of up to 25mm in thickness to any shape with a high degree of accuracy. We can also etch/engrave wording, logos or other detail as per your requirement onto trophies, promotional products, labels or model parts. We can accept your order by email or on disc saved in EPS or DXF format.

CNC Routing
Again we can cut and engrave all plastics to your requirements simply by advising us by email or supplying a disc as above.

Diamond Polishing
Our Diamond Polisher enables the polishing of straight edges on acrylic up to 3,000mm in length. It produces a high quality finish similar to the quality of the surface of the material.

Moulding
Our drape moulding ovens enable the moulding of acrylic sheets with maximum dimensions of 1,200mm x 2,400mm and up to 20mm in thickness.
